Rascal from KT Rolster has achieved yet another significant LCK milestone.

The well-known top laner recorded his 1,000th kill in the Korean league today against KT and DWG KIA’s series, becoming the 20th player in history to do so. Many of his eliminations from today enabled KT to defeat DK with a score of 2-0, moving them up to fifth position in the rankings.

Rascal amassed a 4/5/19 KDA ratio when facing up against Gwen and Ornn, the 2020 global champions, in the series. Despite having a poor kill-to-death ratio, his top side control was essential to KT’s uncontested victory.

One of the most well-known LCK players right now is Rascal. The player began filling in for Khan at Longzhu Gaming during the 2017 LCK Summer Split, and he has been playing at the highest level in South Korea ever since. He went to his first League of Legends World Championship that year, but still as a replacement. He eventually rose to the position of starting top laner for Kingzone DragonX, but it wasn’t until Worlds 2020 that he competed in his second World Championship and earned the right to start as a top laner for Gen.G.

The 24-year-old wasn’t the only participant in Friday’s matchup between KT and DK to achieve personal goals. Deokdam earned his 1,000th assist, while KT’s Aiming and DK’s Canyon both recorded their 1,100th and 900th kills.

Against Thursday, August 4, Rascal and KT will make a comeback as they take on Fredit BRION.
