According to a fresh teaser on Twitter, the new Resurgence map for Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will be unveiled tomorrow.According to the tweet on the official CoD page, the tac map for the new area will be made public tomorrow. Ashika Island is the name of the new small-scale map, according to a subsequent tweet from CoD.

The new map will be considerably smaller than Al Mazrah, and its dimensions are anticipated to be comparable to those of the Warzone 1 Resurgence maps Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep, which were designed for skirmishes and the Resurgence game mode with respawns.

A rumored leak of a future Resurgence map was published online in December. Players now have a general concept of how the map will look thanks to the fact that the contour of the map in that leak matches the one in the CoD trailer up top.

Players in Resurgence can respawn as long as their teammates live because the game has a timer that starts when a teammate dies. With each advancing death, the meter gets progressively longer, heightening the sense of urgency in the intense combat.

Although the mode has been around for a while, Warzone 2 did not initially contain it. Since November, no game has allowed players to play Resurgence because it was also taken off of Warzone 1 after Warzone 2 was released.

Activision has provided a preview of season two, but more details are anticipated in a new blog post on February 8. In addition to Resurgence’s return, Warzone 2’s second season will have a number of quality-of-life improvements, including more buy stations, a return of the one-vs-one Gulag, and customisable perk packages.

On February 15, Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2’s second season will debut.
