Intel unveils fastest CPU
Intel has just released its latest 12th generation Alder Lake processor, the most powerful Core i9-12900KS on the market, and also the world’s fastest CPU at 5.5 GHz. Its max turbo frequency and is required by gaming enthusiasts and graphics professionals looking for the most powerful CPU.
Gaming, Creator & Esports Segment general manager Marcus Kennedy also praised the new CPU. The Intel Core i9-12900KS uses the Alder Lake hybrid architecture and has 16 cores split into 8 efficiency-cores and 8 performance-cores with 24 threads. It also has 30 MB of Intel Smart Cache and uses 150 watts of power.
